Extra Heavy Duty Red (Nun) Float Collar Channel Marker with External Ballast
Used to identify the right (starboard) side of the channel when facing upstream or the right (starboard) side of the harbor when entering. The float collar style channel marker is great for rougher waters and the external ballast makes it super heavy duty.
